The dress is too expensive. Cordelia knows that, but she can’t stop looking.No, she tells herself. This is nuts. Even if Angel Investigations finally has decent cash flow, it’s not enough for any luxuries. She spent her first months in L.A. filching party snacks to save money; no way does she want a repeat.
